- Our offerings include a manual that explains in great detail how to use the cPanel hosting control panel that powers your account. We also have a manual for our Shop Kit Plus shopping cart software. Both manuals are the starting point for understanding the services we offer.

- You can find answers to commonly asked questions here, including questions about our policies, procedures, services and products.

- The Watersweb Support forums are a repository of questions and answers about our hosting and Shop Kit Plus products. We also include articles from trusted sources related to the hosting, internet marketing and ecommerce industries.
- Free Shop Kit Plus and hosting video tutorials
- We are in the process of creating video tutorials to help you see exactly what you need to do. Some people can understand how to do things just by being told, or reading an instruction manual. The rest of us need to see it to do it.
- One-Time 30-Minute Consultation
- We offer our clients and prospective clients a free 30-minute consultation. We can answer pre-sales questions about our products and services, or guide you through the initial setup of your hosting account or Shop Kit Plus.

- Client Priority Phone Support
- We save you money by providing free support via our helpdesk and forums. However, if you prefer support via phone, we can offer you paid one-time phone support or phone support packages based on our current hourly rate. Please submit a helpdesk ticket to request phone support and schedule your call.
- Client Priority Instant Messenger Support
- We can also offer paid support via Skype, Yahoo Messenger or Google Talk. IM support is also included in the phone support packages, as it is sometimes helpful to talk via phone and IM at the same time. Please submit a helpdesk ticket to request IM support and schedule your session.

Custom Web Development Client Support
Each custom web design client receives phone support as part of the active contract, for discussion of issues related to the project. Additional phone support after the completion of the contracted project falls under the rates and packages listed above. Web design clients who are also hosting clients must seek support for hosting issues through the Helpdesk.
All service modification or cancellation requests must go through the Helpdesk.
